Smash Bros Imitation

WASD to move the left player, SPACE to shoot, F for your recovery move.

ARROW keys to move the right player, E to shoot, R for your recovery move.

Each hit the players suffer will make them move slower. (Which may have been a rather disastrous idea. . .)
